As an experienced hydrogeologist and project manager, Rachael believes that curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership over the work are the key drivers for successful project delivery. Passionate about clear and open communication, she’s known for the high standard of work she maintains and her ability to build and motivate a team that supports one another.
Rachael specializes in hydrogeologic site characterization and groundwater management for mining clients. She has a particular talent for performing technical data reviews and developing innovative report and presentation techniques to convey strategies and solutions. Rachael is also experienced in mine dewatering, aquifer storage and recovery design and operation, aquifer testing, and hydrogeologic data management and analyses for large and complex sites. Outside of the office, her field experience includes production well drilling and testing oversight, high-density vibrating wire piezometer installations, surface and groundwater sampling, and geologic mapping.
Given her profession, it should be no surprise what Rachael’s favorite hobby is: rock climbing. She also loves spending time with her husband and son in their backyard, tending to their garden and growing vegetables.
