Passionate about improving the natural and built environment, Stephen is an engineer who focuses on program and project management for stormwater and drainage improvement projects as well as recreation facility rehabilitation.
In all that he does, Stephen keeps current and future generations top of mind—he’s committed to planning, designing, and implementing projects that provide for environmental improvement and recreational benefits. Stephen is both a civil and environmental engineer and specializes in the design of stormwater improvement projects, multi-use trails, campgrounds, day-use areas, and boat launches. As well, he focuses on business and proposal development, client and account management, and the implementation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license conditions.
Whether it’s snowboarding or skiing, golfing, or backpacking around the world, Stephen loves spending his time away from work in the great outdoors.
