His background spans various sectors including industry, logistics, energy, buildings, and real estate. He’s worked as a program manager, project director, construction manager, and project engineer.
Wouter focuses on achieving net zero emissions by strengthening the team of our local and international sustainability specialists, particularly with our engineering, procurement, and construction management services. Through coaching and performance management, he cultivates high-performing teams that often exceed client objectives with their solutions. Placing great importance on knowledge sharing, he contributes articles to architectural journals and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
When he isn’t developing sustainable solutions at work, Wouter likes making his home more sustainable and cycling through the Limburg hills. He also enjoys family outings, especially when they’re heading toward snowy slopes.
