Appealing to his passion for problem solving, engineering was the perfect fit—Glenn knew he wanted to be an engineer after listening to the role description at a career fair in his formative years. Over 20 years later, he’s obtained extensive experience in industrial, distribution, substation, and renewable energy fields. As an engineering manager and power systems technical practice leader, he leads a multi-geography team of power engineers, facilitating technical competence and quality execution.
In his role as team leader, Glenn enjoys interacting with people of differing backgrounds and personalities as well as finding solutions to difficult problems. His approach to each technical challenge? Break it down, keep the solution simple, and understand the purpose behind every project. This methodology allows Glenn to be successful on any number of small to large power projects.
Outside of work, Glenn chooses to give back to the community by volunteering in the kids’ ministry at his church. He also prioritizes family and spending time outdoors, gardening, biking, running, and fishing.
