Mila is a senior project manager with our Integrated Business Applications team. She oversees the systems used for 麻豆传媒’s integrated talent management needs, including goals and career management, year-end performance, and talent review and succession planning.

Due to her academic and research background, Mila is thorough in verifying that information is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date, and that various perspectives are included for recommendations and decision-making. She is known?for ensuring even the “quiet” stakeholders are heard so there is comprehensive feedback regarding project approach, requirements, and deliverables. Mila values change management where changes are aptly assessed, managed well, and leaders, users, and system support all understand the benefits and business reasons for implementing new systems and processes

For Mila, inclusion and diversity must always go together as promoting and supporting diversity in the workforce does not necessarily translate to an inclusive environment. As part of our Inclusion and Diversity Council, Mila wants to help advance an understanding of inclusion and equity, and as part of the Persons of Colour subcommittee, she is committed to fostering meaningful discussions and helping implement programs to combat racism and social injustice.

Outside of work, you can find Mila completing marathons, writing and performing poetry readings, or facilitating community art for events and festivals. She is also a published author, an organizer for the Philippine?Edmonton Events and Arts Society, and an active human rights advocate.
