Nothing makes Ken happier at work than finding solutions to his clients’ most pressing and challenging problems. As the civil engineering discipline leader and an account manager within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), he works with a multidisciplinary team to establish quality control of project deliverables and national client programs.
With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of land development, Ken manages commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, and transportation projects, including the development and continual maintenance of client protocols and initiatives. For him, the variety of client challenges means no two days are alike—and require a great understanding of problems and solutions through a multidisciplinary lens. A memorable project involved working with Canada Post to help resolve logistics and operations, health and safety, and traffic congestion issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Away from his desk, Ken enjoys all sports, particularly basketball, both playing and teaching his kids, as well as taking on his most challenging client yet—his family—as he designs and renovates their dream house.
