Chris is a recognized information technology and asset management consultant with 26 years of experience in IT leadership and operations, asset management consulting, program management, and consulting services delivery. With international industry experience in public sector government and water/wastewater/energy utility sectors, Chris is routinely recognized by clients for his highly collaborative people, process, technology, and change approach to delivering technology programs. He has managed the successful delivery of asset management implementations, business information system implementations and business process improvement initiatives.
Chris is also recognized for developing a public/private alliance for critical fiber optic infrastructure for the City of Boulder, Colorado, and as the founding member of an innovative 10 city regional wireless broadband initiative in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. Under his leadership as CIO, the IT Department earned five annual Top 10 awards in recognition of “best leveraging digital technologies and information technology to deliver quality services to government customers and citizens.
