Having lived in Florida all his life, Ben was inspired to pursue his profession by a 1990s project called Florida House—it incorporated many of the environmentally friendly building techniques that industry practices today. Now, he’s a project manager with almost three decades of civil design experience that includes projects ranging from site civil for residential and commercial to renewable energy facilities. He has designed, permitted, and managed projects throughout the eastern United States and the Caribbean.
Ben believes that design goals should always work to conserve and protect the precious water resources along Florida’s west coast. He strives to help develop thoughtful, technically sound construction plans for stormwater infrastructure and roadway construction. He understands the needs of local municipality clients when facilitating sustainable watershed management planning.
When he’s not helping to shape the built environment around him, Ben enjoys doing anything outside, preferably close to or on the water.
