As 麻豆传媒’s community development leader for the Southeastern US, Al is an expert in environmental design, land development regulations and entitlements, strategic regional planning, master planning, economic development, and stewardship. He’s a fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners and full member of the Urban Land Institute.

The RLSA will protect more than 130,000 acres (52,600 hectares) of critical habitat using incentives and requiring no taxpayer funding.

Al was the principal planner for Ave Maria New Town and University and Babcock Ranch—the latter being the largest single conservation acquisition in Florida’s history and first solar city.
