Russ specializes in the execution of complex, large-scale highway and interchange improvement projects through all phases of design. He understands that highway design is not just about pavement and geometrics—it’s about the traveling community.

Working with clients and the surrounding community, Russ strives to achieve a design that best serves the project goals yet respects the surrounding environment. As project manager during both the value engineering and preliminary design of the Route 46, Route 3, Valley Road, and Notch Road Interchanges projects, he championed a collaborative approach, creating design solutions tailored to the needs of travelers.

Russ has also been key to our on-call engineering work with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA). Calling on three decades of experience with the client, Russ is the primary point of contact and manages our teams, monitors budgets and schedules, and brings in executive management and technical support as needed.

As vice president and sector leader for our Roadways group in the United States, Russ supports the growth of the sector while promoting exceptional quality and execution of design solutions that exceed client expectations. He’s also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Jersey (ACECNJ), having chaired the NJTA committee for two years and helped organize ACECNJ’s Engineering Exchange workshop.

When he isn’t busy leading our Roadways group, you’ll find Russ cooking for and entertaining friends and family.
