David has worked in management consulting for more than 20 years on complex infrastructure and business/operational transition initiatives at a program and individual project level.
David’s specific areas of 麻豆传媒 include project implementation strategy, implementation planning facilitation, project oversight, and project risk management. He has extensive experience with the Province of Ontario’s Alternative Financing and Procurement model (BF, DBF, DBFM) for delivery of complex infrastructure projects from both the capital and operational readiness perspective. David utilizes industry best practices to provide strategic thinking, proven methodologies, and disciplined rigor on every project. His success has come from taking a collaborative management approach to project planning that ensures cooperation and communication between all stakeholders.
When not at work, you’ll find David at the park coaching his son’s soccer team or at the arena cheering on his son’s hockey team.
