As a vice president, Jeff manages program development and delivery for our Water sector. He is responsible for capturing new capital infrastructure programs, leading mobilization, and supporting teams in applying best practices to achieve clients’ goals.
Jeff is a professional civil engineer with more than 34 years of experience spanning project planning, management, design, and construction in water and transportation throughout the United States and North America. He is passionate about understanding client needs and helping them achieve objectives, and he emphasizes disciplined risk management principles to protect owner’s interests. He is a skilled facilitator and enjoys helping groups achieve positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing guitar, and is an avid golfer who also enjoys a variety of outdoor and sporting activities.
