Jeff is a wetland scientist whose work is guided by his love for the ocean, passion for hiking nearby mountain peaks, and a commitment to doing what is right. Over Jeff’s career servicing clients in the transportation, electric transmission, renewable energy, and commercial development markets, he has learned that it’s important to see opportunities in challenges—not just the hurdles they impose.
Jeff routinely advises clients on permitting strategy and assists with agency negotiations. He’s helped complete wetland mitigation site search and design efforts, and overseen mitigation site construction and post construction monitoring. As a past president of the Maine Association of Wetland Scientists, and with his leading roles in many projects, he’s an industry expert across a variety of sectors. Jeff’s passion for transportation work focuses on creating a balance between doing what’s right for the public and for the environment; finding those solutions are his specialty.
