Dan is happiest when he’s exploring a new piece of hardware or software and figuring out what it can do—or maybe it’s the part where he gets to teach that understanding, to pass that knowledge on for others to use. Design technology is his passion. Other than following technology advances, Dan creates design processes and standards that support collaboration between users and their design team.
Any time a client asks “can we do this…” it’s usually Dan who gets the call. In the last two years, he’s been focused on laser scan technology and how to apply it to our work. The way Dan sees it, we’ve only gotten the tip of the iceberg on what this technology can do and how it can bring value to our clients.
A father of four, Dan doesn’t have a ton of spare time, but that doesn’t stop him from keeping aquatic animals and Star Wars collectibles or working on muscle cars.
