Jim thrives in complex situations. With over 30 years of experience in the power generation, transmission/distribution and pulp and paper industries as an engineer, discipline lead, and project manager, Jim is no stranger to projects of significant size and complexity.
Recently he and his team were touted by a client as “completing their work at the highest standards possible” on a project that incorporated new technology and was located in a challenging geographic location—a project that would be the largest facility of its kind in the world.
Jim meets the complexities of family life with the same excitement. Whether fly fishing, playing golf, or playing with his granddaughter, Jim’s favorite thing to do is spend time in his hometown with his family and friends.
