Dean is a versatile engineer, licensed and practiced in civil, mechanical, and environmental engineering. He leads planning, designing, and permitting tasks for water, wastewater, and treatment projects in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. Dean collaborates with our in-house multi-discipline team to provide well integrated and coordinated projects. He frequently participates as a construction contract administrator and assists with startup and operations.
Due to Dean’s thoroughness performing quality control, constructability reviews and conflict analysis, his clients frequently utilize him for plan review and technical assistance services on their own projects. Dean completed design services for the City of North Pole’s Water System Expansion project for 34 miles of water main, 2 pump stations, a water treatment plant expansion, and a 0.75 MG reservoir.
If he is not at his desk, Dean is probably at a job site, verifying the project is being built right.
