Khalid is a water resources engineer and project manager with 19 years of experience in delivering dependable water infrastructure. Over the years, he’s built trust with clients in the US and the Middle East.
The last decade of his career has been dedicated to capital programs for infrastructure development, particularly in developing water resources opportunities, wastewater treatment plants, sewerage systems, and water distribution systems.
In 2006—during the wake of Hurricane Katrina—Khalid led the delivery of over $100 million of infrastructure as part of the New Orleans Sewer System Evaluation and Rehabilitation Program.
