A senior principal and regional business leader, Gretchen has guided strategic objectives and connected personnel in support of projects across numerous countries on six continents. She has experience in the management and performance of environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and program management.
Gretchen is known for her ability to increase program performance and client satisfaction on projects while managing multi-million-dollar portfolios of petroleum environmental cases. In her position, she implements program-related requirements—including health and safety compliance, project progression, and portfolio budget management—while increasing program performance on projects and maintaining client satisfaction. Gretchen has also managed Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) for chemical manufacturing plants, retail petroleum facilities, paint factories, and communication towers, among other facilities, and has conducted over 250 Phase II ESAs.
