As the operations leader for our Water team in North America, Matt is primarily responsible for seeing that our business maintains operational excellence and meets financial commitments.
Outside of operations, Matt focuses on the success of our clients and his team members—he’s passionate about helping them achieve their ambitions and goals. Matt is most energized by working with clients to solve complex problems and, through successful delivery of solutions, create opportunities for others to learn and grow in their careers.
When he isn’t pursuing business excellence, Matt tries to maximize time with family—they like being active and outdoors and vacationing in Maine.
