An urban designer with more than 20 years of experience designing residential, mixed-use, and employment developments, Natalia has led a wide range of high-profile and award-winning projects. She focusses on large-scale strategic master plans and new settlements, as well as transport led master plans, resorts, town center, and estate regeneration schemes both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
Natalia is currently leading schemes at various stages including site promotion, outline planning applications, and design codes. Some of her notable projects include design codes for Gilston Village 7, part of the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town, and a landscape-led master plan for a new village at Bourn Airfield near Cambridge. She also provided design codes for Thames Enterprise Park, the United Kingdom’s first superhub for advanced logistics, manufacturing, and next-generation energy uses.
When she isn’t creating visions for future communities, Natalia is busy life coaching, playing tennis, and enjoying London’s art scene.
