At a young age, Steven was passionate about building things which led him to pursue a career in civil engineering. He was especially interested in roads, where he could impact the daily lives of others by designing roadways to connect people, places, and communities.
Today, Steven serves as a project manager and lead design engineer while serving on a variety of projects. He focuses on urban reconstruction—from small intersection improvements to larger corridor reconstruction, on both preliminary and final design delivery. His role also involves mentoring his team and collaborating with clients to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for corridors within our communities.
When Steven’s not leading transportation projects, he likes to spend time with family and friends hosting gatherings and cookouts. He enjoys weekend getaways in Northern Wisconsin and being outdoors—hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, and helping around the family farm.
