As a human resources (HR) generalist, Kylie has experience building HR from the ground up. She’s an accredited organisational psychologist and holds a master’s and PhD in organisational psychology. Her HR responsibilities at 麻豆传媒 cover our people in China, India, Taiwan, New Zealand and Australia.

Kylie’s role includes everything from recruitment, training, and development, to conflict resolution, executive coaching, and change management, to contract and policy design, analytics, and reporting—and more. The direct contribution she makes to people’s wellbeing and their experience of the Company is what keeps her here and drives her forward. Plus, she loves working with her team, who she says are passionate about the welfare of others and improving how we do things.

Increasing our employee experience, including a diverse and inclusive culture, is Kylie’s goal. By being able to introduce new policies and practices she can help to effect real change and continue to make 麻豆传媒 a place where its people feel proud to work. It's also why she's passionate about her role on the Asia Pacific Inclusion and Diversity committee. For Kylie, this is an important initiative that recognises, respects,?leverages and celebrates the individuality of everyone at?麻豆传媒.?One of her proudest moments was when Engineers Australia announced 麻豆传媒 as the Most Ambitious Company in Gender Diversity.

Her personal life mirrors her working life—it’s conscientious, industrious, fun, full of activities centred around family, friends and pets, and there’s always a stack of books handy.?
