As a financial management consultant, Kelly establishes relationships with key local government clients to develop a sustainable financial plan for their communities.
In her position, Kelly evaluates revenue sufficiency and creates equitable utility rate structures for water, sewer and stormwater funds. She updates or creates development impact fees, finds alternative funding sources through grant or loan programs for project and programs, and allocates costs between government funds. Kelly’s work focuses primarily on the wet weather practice as she manages projects and develops new business in the stormwater sector.
With two sons, Kelly keeps very busy going to all their extracurricular activities after work and on the weekends. Some of her favorite things to do include riding bikes to breakfast on Sunday mornings and boating to local sandbars to look for sand dollars. To stay balanced, Kelly makes time for a workout and meditation early each morning before her boys get up and the day starts.?
