A planning associate director based in our Glasgow office, Andrew helps secure planning consents for major and complex development projects in Scotland. He strives to add value for his clients through attaining the necessary planning permission to progress their vision. He works regularly with a wide variety of client and development types, providing him with a broad awareness of industry matters.
Currently, Andrew is leading planning permission application efforts for Palacerigg, a Community Growth Area to the south of Cumbernauld in North Lanarkshire. He and his team are working with the local council and a consortium of associated developers seeking to build over 1,000 residential units on the site.
When he isn’t helping clients with new developments, Andrew enjoys spending time with his three kids at home, chairing their local scout group, or watching and coaching their rugby games. Speaking of rugby, he’s a veteran player for his local team in Bishopton and an avid watcher of international and premiership matches.
