With nearly a decade of experience in toxicology and product stewardship. Lisa is a Certified Professional Product Steward. Over the course of her career, she’s performed multiple safety evaluations and toxicological risk assessments related to occupational health and product safety.
Lisa first became interested in environmental toxicology when she began to study how chemicals made by humans have both positively and negatively impacted the environment, human populations, and the ecosystem around us. Since diving into the world of toxicology, she’s worked on projects to develop occupational exposure limits or bands for pharmaceutical ingredients and products. In her position today, Lisa evaluates toxicological profile of chemicals encountered in a workplace, assesses potential consumer exposure and risk from product usage, and determines safety levels of feed additives to animal health.
Lisa enjoys urban hiking, picking up random arts and crafts projects, and spending time with family.
