An experienced mechanical engineer, Juan has practical experience in building and transportation systems, building codes, new construction, existing building upgrades and code compliance, as well as energy surveys in accordance with New York’s Local Law 87. He’s well-versed in not just mechanical design but also electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) and life safety systems. As a certified building commissioning professional, he applies systematic processes that help building systems and components operate as intended and meet the owner's project requirements and design specifications.
Juan has special 麻豆传媒 in large industrial equipment such as chillers, boilers, and air handling systems as well as electrical generators. His responsibilities include inspection, performance testing, and functional testing of building infrastructure and management systems, and documentation of deficiencies and deviations from project requirements.
When he isn’t busy with commissioning efforts, Juan enjoys cars, going to car shows, going on long drives with his family, and being a foodie. He also enjoys railfanning with his son who loves trains.
