AMP End of Trip Facility & Link Kiosk Tenancy Fit-out
A key component of AMP Capital¡¯s Coronation Drive Office Park precinct upgrade in Milton, Queensland was a new end-of-trip facility. With increased numbers of community commuters and lunch exercisers, the new facility would not only accommodate these active lifestyles but also offer collaboration space to extend the building¡¯s use.
Stantec was commissioned to supply engineering services for the end-of-trip facility and corresponding external collaboration space termed the Link. Our main challenge was working within the constraints of the existing structure, so construction was executed in line with detailed staging allowing the building to remain open. This new facility replaces the previous end-of-trip service, providing additional showers and bike storage with integrated lighting to support commuting staff. Additionally, the Link¡¯s flexible working and collaborative spaces with an integrated takeaway coffee shop serve the entire complex¡ªnew landscaping complete with covered seating and bench areas can be used as meeting spaces.
The redeveloped precinct improves the experience of staff and commuters in the area by improving their commute and offering a facility that balances work with an active lifestyle.
