We providing site and civil engineering tasks consisting of preparing land development plans including landscape and lighting plans. Design elements included the placement of site curbing and stormwater piping to an underground detention system to alleviate an existing drainage issue. Our team also completed drainage calculations and developed Pennsylvania Department of Highway Occupancy Plans to depict the highway construction, spot elevation, pavement markings, and signage. ?

Our environmental team conducted percolation testing for stormwater management and a field survey as part of preparing an Environment Assessment Phase I Study and Report to ascertain any potential environmental impacts of the existing building to the proposed site development. The report covered deeds, an environmental geographic database report, national wetlands inventory map, soil and geology surveys.?

We oversaw the critical coordination with West Goshen Township, the Chester County Conservation District, and other related regulatory agencies to assist Citadel Federal Credit Union in obtaining the approvals required to construct their new facility.
