CitySet

Scale, density, pedestrian connectivity, tenant visibility, and see and be seen opportunities. This is CitySet, located on seven acres at the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Cherry Creek Drive and designed to create a new entertainment and hospitality block for this side of town. With the goal of creating a new experience, this area now serves as a hub for casual and high-end dining concepts and includes comfortable places to stay overnight.

Exclusive to the greater Denver area, CitySet is an open-container district. It blends retail space with creative dining concepts, such as The Kitchen Next Door, JAX Fish House, Cuba Cuba, World of Beers, UDi¡¯s, Native Foods, and Panera. With the construction of a Residence Inn Hotel and the renovation of the 11-story Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, increased meeting space, a full-service restaurant, and retail shopping complements the unique restaurant scene in the district.

Just another way Â鶹´«Ã½ is connecting communities and people through the art of designing for the consumer experience.
