Kyle Sports Complex Visioning and Feasibility Study

As one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas, the City of Kyle has an increasing need for new recreation amenities. Local voices were asking for both indoor and outdoor sports spaces as well as community gathering areas. The City reached out to us for help shaping the vision of a much-needed sports complex for the City, local community, and surrounding region.

Our team evaluated the site and community feedback, considered feasibility elements and put together an overarching vision for the complex. The new sports complex vision provides high-quality indoor and outdoor amenities that can be used year-round and cater to various sports and activities. Located on a site with over 80 acres (32 hectares) of undeveloped land for sports programming, this complex is poised to become a significant economic catalyst while offering much-needed amenities.

Positioned as an economic driver for the City of Kyle, the new sports complex will attract visitors, support local businesses, and create partnership opportunities. This vision reflects the unique identity and spirit of the Kyle community, creating a landmark to foster pride among residents and enhance the city¡¯s brand and image.
