La Clara
Positioned between sea and sky, La Clara is a thoughtfully imagined space for tranquil living. The confluence simplicity and sophistication can be found in the tiniest details¡ªexteriors and interiors feature white stucco, Roman travertine, coral stone, and granite with bronze accent. It¡¯s a fresh take on luxury rising in the heart of West Palm Beach.
This high-rise condominium project was designed in collaboration with Hariri Pontarini Architects. A contemporary interpretation of Florida's iconic modernism, La Clara's 25-story tower overlooks the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The driving concept is to maximize the views towards the bay from every angle of the building, through the staggering of the floorplan, floor to ceiling glass envelopes and spacious living areas. As the building grows the stories step back to create larger terraces and more high-end units. The project offers an array of amenities that include a pool deck with water views, state of the art gym and full valet parking service.
Now complete, La Cara offers residents an unmatched location and views they will never tire of.
