Lakewood Ranch

A 40-year project. The 28,000 acre community of Lakewood Ranch will be one of the largest planned developments in Florida when complete¡ªand it¡¯ll take 40 years to finish it. On a project this complex, we need to plan for tomorrow¡¯s communities.

Where will schools be needed? Where will people work? What infrastructure do they need? By being flexible in the design, this community will be able to respond to changing consumer demands and market fluctuations.

This care and detail is driven by a vision that we share with our client¡ªto do more than just put up houses. To build a community that feels like a home. With over 150 miles of natural trails, 685 acres of conservation areas, and 132 acres of nature parks, we¡¯re keeping these communities connected.

The business community generates two jobs for every resident, and shopping, dining, schools, and healthcare facilities are all within reach. After 20 years¡ªwith 9,000 acres developed¡ªthe results speak for themselves. Lakewood Ranch is one of the top 10 selling communities in the US, it¡¯s one of the largest green-certified communities in Florida, and it¡¯s won awards for community design.?
