Stantec¡¯s Branding and Urban Places teams created a name, brand, and comprehensive vision for Flyway, a new mixed-use development in Webster, Texas. The selected name draws inspiration from the nearby Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center and the migratory bird route that passes through the community, while the logo and brand visuals celebrate Texas culture, the site¡¯s natural beauty, and the dynamic energy of the new neighborhood. Our brand materials for 100 Chestnut entice prospective companies to lease space in the new lab building. Featuring a logo inspired by a DNA strand, the tagline "where beautiful discoveries are made,¡± and custom illustrations, the brand is driven by an innovative, scientific approach. Located in the desirable Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, The Carson is a new apartment community with an eclectic but elegant aesthetic. Our team developed a name, brand strategy, visual identity, and website for the property to set it apart from competitors. Departing from the industrial vibe that characterizes the area, we developed a refined brand that pairs a streamlined logo mark with an unexpected color palette, evocative renderings, and a campaign centered on the tagline of ¡°love where you live.¡± View More

The new James Reese Career and Technical Center (CTC) near Houston, Texas, provides students with career exploration opportunities and partnerships with local businesses. Working in conjunction with our interior designers, we developed large scale wall graphics that represent each of the specialized career pathways offered at the school. Inspired by travel and rich with texture, our brand campaign for Miscela Apartments reflects the exuberant aesthetics of its interior design. We named the property "Miscela," meaning "mixture" or "blend" in Italian, to reflect its diverse and vibrant character.
