Stantec¡¯s Innovation Office encourages creativity and nurtures ideas into novel solutions. Through our grant program, we¡¯ve supported hundreds of ideas brought forward by our employees to improve technical excellence and solve challenging problems for our clients. We accelerate these ideas with a simple interface for participation, a clear process for development, and support with digital development and project management. Our goal?
