What does Andrew love most about the hydropower industry? The diversity of projects and the unique challenges he encounters every time around.
Out of our office in Christchurch, New Zealand, Andrew serves as a senior hydropower engineer and the Asia-Pacific sector leader for hydropower and dams. He has been working in the renewable energy field since 2004 with a specific focus in the small hydropower sector. He engages with clients, consultants, and contractors on all stages of hydropower development from site identification and pre-feasibility through to construction and operation.
Andrew has worked in the United Kingdom and throughout the Asia Pacific region on hydropower and pump storage schemes from 50kW to 1500MW. He participates on some of the region’s most important projects.
When he’s not working, Andrew is most likely playing cricket. He doesn’t like the sport—he loves it!
