Leading with inclusion brings our work to the next level

We champion inclusion for two reasons. First, because it¡¯s the right thing to do¡ªeveryone deserves the freedom to bring their whole selves to work without fear of judgment or discrimination. And second, because an inclusive workplace culture attracts and invites the full spectrum of talent into the organisation.

At Â鶹´«Ã½, we recognise the importance of the distinct experiences and perspectives our people bring to the workplace each day and every day. Inclusion means valuing the distinct talent flourishing within, and that¡¯s an important component to building a more innovative and prosperous culture.

We strive to work with experts across the UK who are passionate about inclusion, diversity, and equity and the difference it truly makes to our organisation. By engaging fully with groups of people who strive for change, we can encourage all employees to show up to work as their true self!

Driving change

By valuing our differences and by creating a productive environment, we hope to maximise our potential, draw on talents, and achieve organisational goals. Proactively, we¡¯re working on addressing the issues that affect our gender pay gap, working with organisations that promote inclusion and diversity, and providing all employees, including leadership and hiring managers, with tools to foster a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable workforce.

Employee resource groups

We encourage an inclusive community through our employee resource groups (ERGs). Our ERGs allow employees to express themselves and proactively be involved in groups which mean something to them personally¡ªbe it as an active member or as an ally. All of our ERGs share the aim of providing opportunities for connection, development, and support, with the goal of improving inclusion across the business. Our current ERGs include Women@Â鶹´«Ã½, Pride@Â鶹´«Ã½, BLK@Â鶹´«Ã½, Persons with Disabilities@Â鶹´«Ã½, and Neurodiversity. Read More

Providing support

We are committed to providing support to all our employees¡ªat application, onboarding, or throughout their career. We will work to provide appropriate accommodations to any potential or existing employee to enable them to be the best that they can be while working for Â鶹´«Ã½.

Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) councils

We have numerous IDE Councils across our global organisation. They each have one important job: to fulfill our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity strategy. Through dialogue, research, and action, each council drives the creation of practices, goals, and objectives to help us achieve a workplace culture where every individual feels welcome and valued and achieves their potential.

Our offices

We help our employees to feel comfortable, supported, and engaged in our offices. We provide resources to encourage a positive community between colleagues and their wider environment. Where we can, we design our offices to support the wellbeing of our employees, including those with a disability or those who are neurodivergent.

Championing Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Â鶹´«Ã½

ERGs strive to empower and inspire by making Â鶹´«Ã½ a place that attracts the best and brightest, where everyone values differences and feels free to be true to themselves.
