Step 2. Aptitude Tests
- If successful, we will invite you to complete a series of task-based assessments using the Arctic Shores platform.
- This science-based assessment uses engaging tasks to gain valuable insights into your natural behaviours and skill indicators, allowing us to see your potential for growth in the role.
Step 3. Online Video Interview
- If successful, we will invite you to complete an online video interview. The video interview is an opportunity for you to showcase your interest and passion for your chosen career path, so relax and let your personality shine through!
Step 4. Face to Face Interview
- The final stage is an interview with the hiring manager and another team member. It could be in person at one of our offices, or online via Microsoft Teams.
- This is a chance for you to go into more depth about your studies, work experience (if applicable) and how this relates to the role you applied for using a competency-based interview format. It is also a great opportunity for you to talk through your interest in the role at Â鶹´«Ã½.
- As much as it¡¯s about us finding out about you, it¡¯s an opportunity for you to find out more about the team and the day-to-day of the role, so please come prepared with questions!
Step 5. Offer
- If successful, we will call you to discuss your offer and send you an official contract.
