Supporting retail and town centre transformation

Retail spending is increasing, and the retail industry continues to adapt to changing customer demand, leaving many town centres in need of re-purposing, and creating new opportunities to reinvent edge of centre assets to fulfil new roles in society. We are working with retailers, developers, local authorities and communities to promote new strategies and consents, and to deliver projects to tackle town centre decline, support retail growth and transformation of land assets.

We plan for growth, infrastructure, and development by putting places first: creating communities fit for the future.
