As a planning associate, Sarah works on large, complex strategic applications, taking them from outline permissions to reserved matters and into conditions. She particularly focuses on the detail of development management through to small, individual schemes, assisting and guiding clients through the complexities of the planning system and achieving results.
Sarah thrives on doing the best possible job for everyone, from large housebuilders to individual clients, to achieve their vision. She enjoys challenging policy situations, always striving to find solutions and add value to the planning process. This includes internally, where Sarah takes pride in working with junior members of the team, imparting knowledge and helping to foster the next generation of planners.
Away from planning work, Sarah can be found spending time in the countryside, particularly the New Forest, walking and being with her family.
