Jo combines a strong technical background in hydraulic modelling with significant experience delivering innovative, transformational solutions to client organisations. Much of Jo’s experience has related to improving the management of combined sewer overflow assets, delivering solutions that improve collaboration and the analysis, planning, and design of wastewater infrastructure.
With previous experience as a water utility manager, Jo has led large capital maintenance and improvement programmes and held operational responsibility for both water assets and the teams responsible for delivering safe and reliable services to customers. Combining hydraulic modelling, engineering, and data analysis skills with a hands-on knowledge of water utility business operations, she successfully led one of the first large-scale smart network programmes in the UK.
