Elaine has 20 years of experience in environment and ecological assessment across a broad range of major development and linear infrastructure projects. As an environmental director, she works closely with technical leads to provide client-focused environmental service solutions.

Elaine has extensive experience in ecological assessments, environmental impact assessments and environmental statements production, Habit Regulations Assessments, and the design and implementation of mitigation and compensation measures for biodiversity. She’s also acted as expert witness.
