A civil and transport engineer with a career spanning three decades, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. He serves as a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients including local authorities and partnerships across the UK. He specialises in developing integrated transport and regeneration solutions aimed at fuelling economic growth in urban areas.
Jonathan has contributed to various initiatives such as developing proposals for major rail improvements in Tees Valley, South Yorkshire, and Peterborough. He’s also worked on bus policies and interventions in Liverpool, Tees Valley, and Sheffield and delivered large-scale strategic regeneration schemes in Carlisle, Rochdale, Preston, Rotherham, and Harrogate.
Dedicated to his field, Jonathan is a fellow and trustee of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT). He’s also an accredited Local Partnerships Gateway Reviewer and committed to helping infrastructure projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
