A highly motivated senior manager, Frank has nearly three decades of experience within the United Kingdom (UK) water industry. He is primarily experienced in asset management activities including the function of asset strategy, asset risk management, and intervention planning.
Frank has successfully developed, implemented, and managed leakage reduction strategies both within the UK and internationally, improving leakage performance and achieving challenging regulatory targets. Key activities of his include the optimisation of leakage targeting, pressure management, asset renewal, and leak repair processes. Frank has been responsible for the regulatory reporting of all leakage and water balance components in Bristol Water since the year 2000. He is a leader with advanced team management skills and experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys sports—especially riding his racing bike and running—as well as going for long walks with his Catalan sheepdog, Luna.
