Elephant Park

Elephant Park¡ªformerly known as Heygate Estate¡ªis a development designed around the creation of a new park in Elephant and Castle. It will provide 360 new high-quality homes and a central shopping street?in?the city¡¯s?greenest new place to live.

It¡¯s also an example of broad collaboration, with MAKE Architects completing the masterplan, MaccreanorLavington Architects working on the first-phase detailed design, Panter Hudspith Architects and AHMM working on the second-phase detailed design, dRMM working on Trafalgar Place, and Squire & Partners working on One The Elephant.

New trees are also being planted, and the buildings will use solar panels to power communal area lighting and house an energy hub at the heart of the development, with indoor and outdoor spaces, a nursery, and a caf¨¦.

It's a major urban regeneration project,?and we are responsible for the environmental, building, utilities, and infrastructure design services¡ªhelping to create a real sense of community in one of the capital¡¯s most up and coming neighbourhoods.
